My favorite part about being a health coach is working with clients of all different backgrounds - from young professionals to teenagers, college students, marathon runners, families, and NFL cheerleaders. Each of them has a different motivation for seeking nutrition counseling, but we all have the common goal of wanting to eat and live well without sacrificing time, taste, and money. It's such a joy to see their transformations, both in physical appearance and outlook on life. If you are in the greater Nashville area, I can meet with you locally, however, I often coach clients via phone calls and Skype.
